The terms outlined below govern your participation in this programme and align with CamerasDori’s broader Terms & Conditions, which also apply to all programme participants. Eligibility for Membership
Membership in the CamerasDori Loyalty Points Programme is open to individuals with an active CamerasDori account who meet a minimum age requirement of 18 years. Membership is free of charge and allows members to accumulate points for purchases made while logged into their CamerasDori account. To earn and redeem points, you must be logged into your account during each purchase. These points can be redeemed on eligible purchases, enhancing the overall shopping experience with exclusive benefits for registered members.
Earning Points
For every GBP 1 spent on eligible products, members earn 1 loyalty point, automatically added to their account once the order is confirmed and dispatched. To earn points, members must be logged into their CamerasDori account before making a purchase and checking out. Please note that points cannot be credited retroactively after a purchase is completed. Points may not be earned on all types of transactions, such as shipping fees, taxes, or certain discounted products, unless specifically noted. CamerasDori may also run special promotions, offering members the chance to earn additional points on selected purchases.
Redeeming Points
Members can redeem their accumulated points for discounts on future purchases at a rate of 100 points per GBP 1 discount. There is no minimum or maximum threshold for point redemption, allowing flexibility in using points for any eligible transaction. When points are applied to a purchase, the final price is recalculated, meaning members will earn points only on the amount paid after discounts are applied.
Points Validity and Expiration
Points earned through the loyalty programme are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If points are not redeemed within this period and if no purchases are made for 12 consecutive months, the points will expire. Members are encouraged to use their points within this timeframe to enjoy the full benefit of their earned rewards.
Returns and Adjustments for Points
If a product is returned for a refund, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the member’s account. For partial returns, only the corresponding points for the returned products will be adjusted. When a refund is processed, it reflects the amount paid after points were redeemed, and any points redeemed on the original purchase are forfeited in line with this policy.
Membership and Points Non-Transferability
Points earned in the CamerasDori loyalty programme are intended for individual use by the account holder and cannot be transferred to other accounts or exchanged for cash. Both membership and points have no cash value and are non-transferable to any other individual or entity, ensuring the integrity of the programme’s benefits remains exclusive to each member.
Account Activity and Membership Termination
CamerasDori reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership if misuse, fraudulent activity, or policy violations are detected. Members also have the option to cancel their membership at any time by contacting customer support, which will result in the forfeiture of any unused points. Additionally, accounts that remain inactive with no purchase activity for a consecutive 12-month period will lose all accumulated points due to inactivity.
Program Adjustments and Termination
CamerasDori may amend or update the terms of the loyalty programme at any time, with significant changes communicated via email or on the website. If the programme is discontinued, members will be given 60 days to redeem any remaining points. Promotional adjustments may also occur periodically, allowing CamerasDori to modify the number of points earned or redeemed during specific promotional campaigns.
Limitations of Liability
CamerasDori reserves the right to correct any points discrepancies. While we strive to ensure the programme runs smoothly, we cannot guarantee its availability or accuracy at all times. CamerasDori is not liable for points lost due to technical issues, programme suspension, or account terminations.
